Red Hands Cave

We’re in the Blue Mountains now. Our first walk was along the bottom of a gorge to find Red Hands cave. This is an ancient aboriginal site where they made prints and stencils of their hands using paint made from ochre.

Continuing, we descended into a deep valley to find an idyllic picnic spot by a pool at the bottom of a waterfall.
