We spent the last few days we had with James and Chantal relaxing on the various beaches along the Gold Coast. Coolangatta is our favourite. As they were both leaving from Brisbane on Saturday evening, we explored a couple of beaches around Moreton Bay. Not great for swimming or lying on the beach, but an interesting change from the scene further south.
Chantal has now departed for the UK and James is on his way to Manila to start a two-month tour of south-east Asia.
