We had hoped to do a walk by Yellow Water Billabong but it was closed due to the high water levels from the Wet season. So the only way to see the wetlands was to book on a cruise. This turned out to be well worth it. Led by an indigenous lady whose family live in Kakadu, we saw many species of wildlife and she was able to explain about what we were looking at and, which were good to eat (most of them, including the crocodiles and the water lilies)!
